I have focused on the language test for days. And there is still a huge space for me to move on. 
I realize that learning a new language is far more than large amount of  words that I have memorized. While it is true that lack of necessary words will be an obstacle to communication. the most significant fact that influence people to learn new language is how hard you are able to push yourself involved in really life by using such language.

 
I think I should give a short term plan as the following:

1.build up  my confidence when I speak a foreigh lanagage. 
1)  take initiate to talk to strangers, and maybe something is just like  " hello" welcome or simple things that happed in real life,
2) tell myself keep relexy, actually, it dosen't matter to make some mistakes as a beginner. But the most important thing is that I should learn from every single pieces of mistake and make sure that I never do it again.
3) spend more time on activities outside the campus. at such activities, I will meet people to share our mutual passion and experience. and remember that talking in a easy way can help me better engage in the conversation. And also do not be afraid to use the words and phrases, which maybe not the most appropirate way to express in a specific situation, but if these words and phrases avoild making people from understand me, just have a try to use them freely with a intuitive mind.

2, I should prepare something on my own on a quite day
1)write down a list about  ten topics which I really interested in
2)tell myself my support ideas and reasons.
3)try to keep the topics in mind
4)practice them until I can speak in a fluqent and clear way.

发现还有好多需要看的东西，好好都只是英文的，这几天看多了abc之间穿插符号，我都有点精神恍惚，眼睛看着，心里念着，像是在年咒语。 头痛！！！

2．研究
（1）了解理论发展脉络掌握了经济学基本工具（建模、计量），再有金融学相关的知识，
就应该开始做研究了。
强烈推荐在这一阶段先看下面这本金融思想史方面的书：

此书用一个个扣人心弦的故事，简洁、流畅而完整的叙述了金融理论是如何随着金融市场
的发展而成长起来的，启迪初学者如何观察现象、发现问题、简化变量，完美的展示了金
融市场奔腾不息的力量和金融理论的深邃迷人的美感。
（2）专题研究：从问题入手
在学习理论的时候，总会发现一些既有理论难以解释的问题，顺着这些问题展开研究，阅
读相关的书籍、论文，和同学、师长以及有实践经验的人讨论，这样对理论的理解比较深
，能够看到理论是如何抽象实际的，假设是如何决定结论的。
强烈反对先划定一个领域，看完一本“经典”教科书后再看另一本“经典”，不断预备知
识的学习方式，因为知识是永远“预备”不完的，即使“预备”完毕了，也很可能只会在
一个框架下思考，丧失了发现问题的能力。

研究的时候要把思路放宽，尽量早的去和同学师长讨论，一个人冥思苦想很可能在一个死
结上纠缠，他人的建议、经验和相关资源能够帮你打开思路。
例如，自己当时想解释为什么中国的小股民明知权利得不到保护也要持有股票，由于开始
读的都是教科书，而这些书都是基于Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH)的，自己改什么
风险偏好的效用函数、设定投资机会限制，不是结论不对，就是太牵强，总让自己很不舒
服。直到有一天和一个师兄讨论，他建议我去看看行为金融（Behavior Finance）方面的
资料，我才发现自己已经太久的被束缚在EMH里，而且浑然不觉。（建议阅读：< Ineffic
ient markets : an introduction to behavioral finance>，Andrei Shleifer）
（3）保持开放的思想，研究新的领域
在一个领域做久了，总会习惯思考相关的问题，虽然我们的确需要在某个领域沉淀很久才
会有所贡献，但不能在不知不觉中限制自己思考的领域。建议时常浏览如下网页看看现在

家没有什么利益冲突，也能找到很多和自己有相同价值理念的朋友，只有一群有共同理想
的朋友相互的支持和砥砺才能避免在社会中被琐事消磨的碌碌无为。希望大家珍惜在校时

Basket case!!!

Thees days, Im in Siena. carring too much luggage and stuggling to words I didnlt know. I picked italy for its art. and Siena was full of it. it was just so old. The town hall was build in the 12th century, and all the other building weren't much younger. the Duomo was made of ancient striped marble, and st.Catherine's skull was in a church named for her. everything was medieval and perserved, and nothing was like where I came from. it was few days into the trip, and I realize why I came to italy, it wasn't just to see art-through I saw it. and it made me feel creative and part of history and enriched... 
I stay at a traditional italian family. they dont know how to speak english, but it would be who would teach me most of the italian I learned there.
I went to a city where is pretty far form my hometown. I always try to find a good reason for doing that. I left home for a million more. I had quit the people there resented me. I had just quit a bf. and I quit  my friends I cherished so much. I am tired of quting things. I am ready for big, shining starts.
but things always goes out of my control. everytime I made a decision, something bad must come out with radical surroundings push toward me. here is rainning. I know, all that rain wasn't good for me. I woke up the next morning adn I couldnt stand up. Being sick is the one thing that can make me feel complete along. and that was a feeling I fed up with everything. and made me go through badly of memory.

I cry for the time that you were mine. I cry for the memories I've left behind, i cry for the pain, the wound you push again and agian. dont you see? not all scares show, not all wounds heal. Sometimes you can't always see the pain someone feels.
